MQdaily (Museumsplatz 1, A-1070 Wien, tel. +43 (0) 1 5224524) is a funky cafe in Vienna’s Museum Quarter. Located between Leopold Museum and Mumok (Museum of Modern Art), MQdaily offers daily changing menu of Austrian traditional dishes with influence of Oriental/Middle-Eastern cuisine. Most visitors are yuppies coming for coffee break or lunch. Atmosphere is very informal and lively. Food is good, diverse and inexpensive. We had lunch in MQdaily for three days in the row in breaks between visiting Leopold Museum, Kunsthistorisches Museum and Naturhistorisches Museum. A family of three with a good appetite, we tried all three courses with either wine or beer, including soups, salads, main dish and desserts with coffee. The average bill was about 45 euro.
