A dinner in Caffe Diemme, Padua, Italy made my visit to Padua memorable. Rather simple dishes cooked to perfection, excellent service, magnificent wine. While all dishes were good, the simplest dishes like pasta with burnt butter/Parmesan sauce and onion soup shone. Nice, cozy place with authentic delicious food.
