The Louvre and Swatch Museum come together
Each of the four watches that make up the new collection represents a very particular style, since they refer to the most representative characters of the Louvre, such is the case of the portrait of Lisa Gherardini by Leonardo da Vinci , better known as the Mona Lisa, It presents a contemporary makeover so it continues with its well-known flirting, adorned with an orange mask.
Represented in full-length portraits of Maria de Medici and her husband Henry IV of France, made by Frans II Pourbus the Younger, at the beginning of the 17th century, they come back to life in two new creations that continue in line with the last cry of the French Royal House, Maria changes her hair color and dyes it royal blue, while Enrique opts for very hipster red glasses.
Cupid has been immortalized in a watch by Guido Reni in The Rapture of Helena, which comes to our day to point in the right direction: a red heart that marks the day when you can fall in love again. Each of the four new designs will become a sensation during this season, because they can be combined in different ways creating unique, sophisticated and elegant styles.
